Shipping Policy


At Rare Pink we know that part of the pleasure associated with a purchase of diamonds or jewellery is the expectation of the arrival of the product. For this reason we want to make sure that from the moment your product leaves our doors, it reaches you quickly and safely. 

It is important to note that while our jewellery is packaged in our Rare Pink box, it is discreetly delivered. When your item is shipped to you, it will be in an unbranded FedEx box, so it won't ruin the surprise if somebody else is at home at the time of delivery.

All shipped orders are fully insured and tracked using the reliable services of FedEx for international orders and Royal Mail special delivery for UK orders. You have the right to cancel you order or return it within 30 days of ordering.

We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Before We Ship:

How long does it take to process your order?

We know this is a special purchase for you and you may need to plan for its arrival. You will receive an estimated delivery date in an e-mail within 24 hours of the placement of your order. We estimate this date based on the average number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.

Our Customer Service team may carry out a random security check on your orders and you will be asked to verify your identity via a photo/scan of your passport/id and a utility bill in your name. We do this to decrease the chance of fraudulent transactions. For your peace of mind, all information you provide is covered by our comprehensive privacy policy.

To keep you in the loop you may therefore receive several e-mails informing you that:

  • Payment has been successfully taken and your order is now processing
  • We require a document(s) to verify your identity
  • Your order has been shipped and you will be provided with a delivery date and tracking number which you may use to track your order online.

If you place your order on a public holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after close of business on a regular business day we will begin processing your order on the next business day.


Your jewellery, ring or diamond will be carefully packaged in a specialised jewellery box and sent wrapped in our protective packaging. 

Shipping To You:

Shipping options available to you

We ship worldwide. All orders placed on the RarePink.com website are insured and shipped free via (the) FedEx (for orders up to $30,000) or Malca Amit, a specialised courier company for the diamond trade (for orders over $30,000).

Shipping to an alternative address

If you cannot be at home to sign for your order, Rare Pink can ship your order to any other convenient location. However, when doing this we need to take extra security precautions to protect our customers against fraud. When processing your payment, we may not be able to accept delivery to an address that is not on file with your credit card provider or bank.

In such a case we can ship to your local FedEx depot. You may be asked to confirm your identity by uploading a photo/scan of an id document or passport.

If it is not possible for you or someone trusted to sign for your package, we can ship it to your local FedEx / Malca Amit collection depot - thus permitting you to sign for and pick it up at your leisure. However, please be advised that if you choose this option, it will be necessary for us to conduct additional security and identity checks to protect you from fraudulent transactions. The delivery method we choose to get your purchase to you depends on the value of your order and your location. We have a vision for the perfect delivery and it includes the following key factors:

  • Adaptability - We know each customer may have a different delivery requirement and we do our best to adapt to your needs. Contact us if you require special arrangements to be made.

  • Expectations - When you open your parcel, we always try to deliver over and beyond your expectations.
